Problem with joomla article

HI,

We bought the Reportico Joomla Extension recently. Congrats, its a excelent tool.We are creating reports in the component manager and they work fine, then we create a new article in the Article Manager, everthing fine, but when we show the article in the website, only appear a blank page.Also we used a Jumi application to write PHP code inside joomla to run the reports, with the same result (blank page).What can I do?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
